St. Paul Academy and Summit School (SPA) is a coeducational, non-sectarian, college preparatory day school serving approximately 900 students in Kindergarten through Grade 12. Our two campuses are located approximately two miles apart in St. Paul, Minnesota, serving Grades K-5 on our Goodrich Campus and Grades 6-12 on our Randolph Campus. The school draws students from St. Paul, Minneapolis, and throughout the eastern and western suburbs.

Position Begins: August, 2024
Status: Full-time, 12 Months, Non-Exempt
Department: Instructional Support, Middle and Upper School Admissions
Position Description:
This is a 12 month, full time non-exempt position beginning in August 2024. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with occasional weekend and evening hours during peak admission season.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Provide support and data entry for student records using an admission database and student information system
Correspond and build relationships with families via phone, email and mail (USPS, FedEx)
Coordinate tours, student visits, and other appointments as necessary
Provide support for admission events, including planning, logistics, and execution
Maintain documents and information used in the Admission and Financial Aid processes with the utmost confidentiality
Maintain office, including filing, supply management, and upkeep of the office with attention to the reception area.
Provide support on two different campuses (personal transportation is necessary, as campuses are approximately two miles apart)
Minimum Qualifications:
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and possess strong interpersonal skills
Exhibit warmth and a positive attitude
Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Knowledge of student information systems, with a preference to School Admin, Clarity, and/or Veracross
Ability to self-start and work independently
