Purpose

Are you ready to take the wheel and drive our fleet operations to new heights? We're seeking a results-driven individual to lead our local and regional fleet activities. As the Fleet Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in rolling out innovative fleet processes, ensuring seamless execution of our company-wide fleet strategy, and managing contracts with vendors to support our operations. Accountabilities
  • Take charge of managing and maintaining our vehicles and equipment across the region
  • From scheduling and dispatching vehicles to ensuring adherence to corporate standards, you'll be the driving force behind our fleet's efficiency and safety
  • Prepare fleet data for analysis, providing valuable insights to optimize our operations and drive strategic decision-making
  • Handle transactions to update our systems with goods and services received, ensuring seamless processes for payments to suppliers and keeping our operations running like a well-oiled machine
  • Ensure our company vehicles are in top-notch condition, handling everything from refueling and washing to transportation and maintenance
  • Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles, addressing any issues promptly to keep our fleet in excellent working order
  • Maintain records to track vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet operations or a similar role
  • ASE certification is highly desirable

Compensation

$100,004 - $150,006 per year

Expected pay: $100,004 - $125,005 per year

*Liberty considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, training and skills, and geographic location. Base pay for this role is expected to fall within the min to mid-point.
