The Role: Customer facing Delivery Leader
Essential Functions:
- Establishes, executes and oversees program governance ie stakeholder management, communication ceremonies, benefits management, change management, scope management, etc.
- Establishes, executes and oversees delivery estimation and planning team resource and timeline across Cognizant organization pursuit through sprints/PIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, adjusting schedules as needed. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Ensures tracking/ measurement and progress against established measures and metrics eg bid vs did, SLA, and any other operational or contractual measures.
- Operational Excellence Provides insights on improvements while ensuring adherence to operational best practices.
- Drive for Results/ Grow the business/ Metrics and Reporting.
- Drives optimal business value though scope management, change management, communication ceremonies, etc.
- Supports pursuits and running them as a program as required.
- Collaborates with Commercial/Account Team to grow the business by identifying and defining business value opportunities for the client.
- Client Relationship Management/Compliance/Community Development
- Establishes and builds relationships with client and other stakeholders for the program.
- Leads and personally contributes to the continuous improvement of the program management guild and community best practices, networking, standards, training, tools,etc.
- Owns the activation or instantiation for the MSA and SOW by knowing and monitoring compliance and adherence to these terms and their intent.
Qualifications:
Education: BS in Computer Science or related major
Required Experience:
* Qualifications - Must have extensive experience in Delivery & Program Management in a client facing Leadership role for atleast 6 years.
* Strong understanding of Billing & Payments in Communications & Media domain.
* Proven ability to manage large scale projects and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget, and scope.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. - Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
* Must be highly organized and have a keen attention to detail
Desired Experience:
* Data Engineering skills in AWS, Hadoop, Hive, Spark environment.
* Data Migration

* Java

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applicants will be accepted until May 24th 2024
The annual salary for this position is between $142K-$163K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
