Pay Rate: Depends on experience
Shift: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
The Material Manager will have the responsibility to oversee, coordinate, and report on inventory management and logistic operations. Ensuring timely delivery and order accuracy while fostering a culture of safety will be paramount. Additionally, managing inventory controls, coordinating with production and logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with standards and customer deadlines will be key duties.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate inventory and logistics activities for timely delivery and accuracy.
- Manage inventory controls and storage, collaborate with production for shipment information.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to maintain material visibility and accountability.
- Interface with internal teams to meet shipping goals and customer deadlines.
- Inspect warehouse equipment for safety and operational efficiency.
- Develop operational practices and ensure compliance with standards and timelines.
- Foster a culture of safety, 5S, and continuous improvement.
- Must be a Team Player and Team Builder.
