*Expectation of Work Hours/classification*
_Monday-Friday / Full- Time Hourly Non-Exempt & On-call as needed_
*General Expectations*
1. Regular, reliable, and predictable on-site attendance
2. Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and patient protocols. Comply with all current government regulations and professional standards respecting patient care.
*Duties and responsibilities*
1. Responsible to assist appropriate departments for resolution of account payables, repair and warranty work issues, training of staff on equipment, and assistance with bid proposals.
2. Responsible to keep credit hours that are appropriate to renew licensure every other year.
3. Handle calls regarding service and repair.
4. Performs in home assessments on required patients accurately to ensure “in the home” use.
5. Delivers and trains patient/caregiver on usage of equipment.
6. Troubleshoots problems and initiates corrective action.
7. Delivers equipment as required in accordance with industry standards and applicable governmental regulations including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines.
8. Report equipment hazards and/or products incidents as required in accordance with company policies and procedures.
9. Educate patients in proper use and care of applicable equipment in a home setting. Get all appropriate delivery paperwork completed accurately.
10. Document all information necessary to ensure reimbursement for all appropriate equipment, products, and services.
11. Assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours.
12. Assist with inventory management including year-end inventory reporting.
13. Responsible to receive all purchase orders.
14. Process PAP paperwork daily according to Orthomotion Tech policies and procedures.
15. · Educate patients in proper use and care of PAP equipment, including fitting masks.
16. Perform preventive maintenance on PAP equipment and enter into Brightree according to Orthomotion Tech policies and procedures.
17. Assist in resolving patient equipment problems.
18. Process all CPAP/BiPAP equipment returns according to Orthomotion Tech policies and procedures.
19. Educate patients on PAP supplies and replacements guidelines.
20. Document all information necessary to ensure reimbursement for all appropriate equipment, products, and services.
21. Maintain PAP inventory for the designated branch and conduct monthly inventory counts according to Orthomotion Tech policies and procedures.
22. Collect co-insurance payments due and arrange patient payment plans according to Orthomotion Tech policies and procedures.
23. Schedule patients for PAP setups, new PAP supply, mask fittings/exchanges, etc. according to Orthomotion Tech policies and procedures.
24. Assist walk-in patients with troubleshooting equipment, downloads, mask issues, pressure changes, general questions, etc.
25. Assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours on a rotating basis including:
26. Handle calls regarding service and repair.
27. Troubleshoots problems and initiates corrective action.
28. Delivers and trains patient/caregiver on usage of equipment.
29. Develop and maintain technical/working knowledge of current PAP/other products and services
30. Delivers equipment as required in accordance with industry standards and applicable governmental regulations including U.S. Department of
31. Transportation (DOT) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines.
32. Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with Orthomotion Tech policies and procedures.
33. Location coverage including, but not limited to, manage phone systems, assisting patients with order questions or needs, and assisting with intake process.
34. Responsible to generate, review, and submit inventory reports for efficient overall company operation.
35. All other duties as assigned.

1. Experience in home medical equipment field
2. Courses pertaining to rehab
3. Knowledge of all major insurance carrier reimbursement guidelines and eligibility for coverage by third party payers
4. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
5. Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
6. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as deemed necessary.
7. Must carry personal liability car insurance with a minimum limit of $100,000.
8. High level of attention to detail

*Physical requirements*
While performing the duties of this position, employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time and must talk and hear. Occasional stooping, bending, twisting and crouching may be required. The employee sits, walks, kneels and reaches with hands and arms. Must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 300 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
This position requires the ability to drive an automobile.
Must be 21 years of age to comply with company auto insurance regulations.
