The Role
As Fulfillment Manager, you'll be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our chefs.
Your time will be spent running the daily operations of the fulfillment department, as well as driving improvement measures, and operational strategy.
Success for this role will be measured by customer satisfaction and profitability of operations, constantly identifying key opportunities and spearheading projects focused on effectively scaling our business for growth.
Responsibilities
- Help build a fulfillment team providing them with necessary tools, proper training and quality direction
- Create a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change within the facility, adapt to the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the customer experience
- Ensure compliance of health and safety policies
- Collaborate with Customer Experience to continuously improve the customer experience
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to complex fulfillment challenges
Qualifications
- 1+ years of management experience
- Previous experience in fulfillment operations is highly valued.
- Effective project management skills, well-versed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement
- Computer skills including knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (Gmail, drive, sheets, etc.)
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Being able to speak conversational Spanish and/or another language is a plus

Compensation All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.Pay Range for this position
$55,000—$60,000 USD
