Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting with various aspects of the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in HR and gain valuable experience in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking)
Draft and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and culture of our company
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including data entry, file management, and scheduling
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is a plus
Experience with full-cycle recruiting preferred but not required
Knowledge of Ultimate (UltiPro/UKG) software is a plus
Willingness to learn and be trained on additional responsibilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
Comfortable with calling and scheduling interviews for different locations
