Do you possess at least two years of administrative experience in a supply chain/logistics environment and are on the lookout for a new opportunity with a company that fosters growth? Staffmark is actively recruiting an experienced Supply Chain Account Coordinator to become an integral part of this dedicated team in Hagerstown, MD. Salary: $55,000-$60,000

1st Shift Hours: 7 am - 4 pm, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime


Essential Functions:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Managing multiple customers as assigned, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries are resolved.
  • Following outlined guidelines, escalate inquiries and requests to the appropriate department or person when necessary.
  • Conducting research to gather information and provide comprehensive answers to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Providing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to the specifications requested by the customers.
  • Responsible for calculating the appropriate charges based on the predetermined rates or pricing structure on the work completed.


Qualifications: High school diploma, 2+ years of customer service/account management/supply chain experience within a warehouse environment, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and WMS system, ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed, and the willingness/availability to work overtime.
