Staffmark is teaming up with a leading food manufacturer in Springdale, AR, and we're actively seeking a skilled Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. If you're passionate about customer service, adept at handling inquiries, orders, and freight requests, and excel in a dynamic work environment, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!
Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 pm - 8:00 am shifts, Sundays to Tuesdays, every other Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and greeting visitors.
- Monitor and track orders, keeping customers informed of any relevant updates.
- Ensure timely deliveries and pickups, addressing any exceptions promptly.
- Verify and process invoices accurately.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison between the warehouse and customers, facilitating smooth operations.
- Maintain organized records of order-related paperwork.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Flexibility with training hours
