Create and review shipping documentation for accuracy and communicate as needed with FGS Plants and customer jobsites. Knowledge of shipments created with UPS, Fed Ex, LTL Carriers, Hot Shot carriers, etc. Create and maintain accurate shipping schedule in an organized manner. Communicate with customer to ensure correct delivery address and unloading instructions Review freight invoices related deliveries for correct pricing. Request quotations shipments to ensure within budget and profitability. Obtain oversize and overweight permits for drivers when necessary. Determine truck load requirements for delivery. Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in professional manner Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed Maintain weekly employee attendance records Knowledge of HAZMAT shipment requirements. Supervise loading crew.
