Plan, identify risks and roadblocks, create, and update Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) and Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) (passenger car, truck, and sport utility vehicle) Battery and High Voltage (BHV) Product Roadmap to Business Owners (Lean Portfolio Management), Epic Owners, Program Managers and Solution Architects for embedded Electronic Control Units (ECUs) including Vehicle Integration Control Module (VICM), Vehicle Extension Control Module (VECM), and Electrification Control Processor (ECP-E. EP-S. ECP-S2) in continuing three month increments. Facilitate BHV Program Increment (PI) planning. Develop and perform Algorithm Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (AFMEA) for high voltage systems (Powermoding, Contactor Controls and Diagnostics, Battery State of Charge (SOC), and Battery State of Health (SOH)) to ensure that the software addresses and resolves worst/failure scenarios including corner case scenarios. Outline, define, and translate business requirements into technical goals to help development teams to achieve vehicle program objectives. Coach the Agile Release Train (ART), consisting 100+ Controls Design Engineers and Software Engineers, on Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and mindset course correct any Anti-Patterns. t

Additional Description

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related, and one (1) year of experience as an Engineer, or related role. Must also have experience with: developing and performing Algorithm or Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for high voltage systems (Powermoding, Contactor Controls and Diagnostics, and Battery State of Health (SOH)) to ensure embedded software resolves worst/failure scenarios including corner case scenarios.
