Staffmark has partnered with a pet and garden production company in search of a warehouse manager in Monroe, NJ. 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Overtime as needed


Pay: $75,000/yr - $85,000/yr


Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or distribution center management experience
  • Strong team leadership experience
  • 5+ years of shipping and receiving experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to safety and quality


Duties: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, pickers, packers, and forklift operators. The incumbent will ensure that employees operate within the procedures set by the QA/QC department.
