Lipsey Logistics is looking for a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator that will be responsible for managing internal and domestic outbound shipment activities, while managing costs and performance.

Responsibilities would include:

• Candidate must be a confident and self-motivated individual who possess solid critical reasoning, organizational and follow through skills.
• Comfortable communicating at various levels of companies and across functions
• Use critical thinking skills to evaluate transportation options that meet customer requirements while keeping costs down.

• Must have a degree of professionalism in person, on the phone and in writing.

• Proactively manage international and domestic shipments from pick up to delivery.
• Effective at performing detail oriented tasks and data analysis.
• Troubleshoot transportation problems and resolve to completion.
• To work directly on-site at the client’s facility.
• Must speak Spanish

Qualifications needed:

Must be bilingual (Spanish/English), one (1) to two (2) years’ experience required in warehouse or shipping, College degree preferred, customer service experience preferred. Must have strong computer skills

Any combination of relevant education, training, or experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job will be considered. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.
