Inventory Control Supervisor - Cannabis TerrAscend Inventory Supervisor will manage and oversee the inventory of medicated (WIP) products and finished goods inventory. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate regulatory compliance for internal and state reporting. Team Management and Training: This position will report to Operations Finance Manager or state director Supervise and lead a team consisting of "Inventory and Testing Leads" and "Inventory Specialists", providing guidance and support. This includes dotted line responsibility for the warehouse lead for inventory control. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the staff is knowledgeable about inventory management procedures and compliance requirements. Approved inventory teams timesheets and PTO request. Provide performance counseling and end of year review of inventory team, Interview and hire for open inventory tech and lead positions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, recommended in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field but not required Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in a regulated industry such as cannabis. Metrc experience is a plus. Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience creating and/or implementing process changes and improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
