TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced Global Sales Specialist, Supply Chain and Logistics to drive global sales initiatives, expand market reach, and grow revenue streams through strategic selling efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global sales strategies, business plans, and revenue targets specifically tailored to TikTok Shop's Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) program to achieve sales goals and expand market share in targeted regions and industries.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships within the FBT ecosystem to drive sales growth and market penetration globally.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that showcase TikTok Shop's FBT program, its features, and benefits to potential clients.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation within the FBT ecosystem to identify target markets, customer needs, and sales opportunities for TikTok Shop's FBT program.
- Lead sales negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures specifically related to the FBT program with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, legal requirements, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, strategic partners, and influencers within the FBT ecosystem to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and advocacy for TikTok Shop's platform.
- Track sales performance, analyze sales data specific to the FBT program, and generate sales reports to provide insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams, account managers, and customer support teams within the FBT ecosystem to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, customer onboarding, and post-sales support.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the e-commerce and FBT space to identify new sales opportunities, competitive threats, and business growth strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in global sales, business development, or account management roles within the technology, digital media, or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, marketing solutions, e-commerce platforms, and technology ecosystems, with a focus on driving revenue through strategic selling within the FBT program.
- Experience in managing sales pipelines, forecasting sales targets, and achieving revenue goals specifically related to e-commerce and FBT programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts, present solutions, and negotiate deals with clients and partners at various levels within the FBT ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to analyze market data, sales trends, and customer insights specific to the FBT program to drive sales strategies and decisions.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering results in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus to achieve business objectives within the FBT ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed for client meetings, conferences, and business development opportunities related to the FBT program.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $208578 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
