Overview









The Warehouse Management Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting management with proper information, analyses of Key Performance Indicators trends, evaluation of Root Causes, and implementation of corrective actions. This role will foster the development of a continuous improvement culture at Atlas global warehouses, ensuring compliance and safety, lean measures, operational excellence, and cost control. This position communicates to all levels of the organization, within the function as well as other functions and suppliers















Responsibilities









    Promote a safe work environment and take measures to investigate and assure compliance with established and new policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Demonstrate outstanding oral and written communications skills, high level of problem solving, and analytical ability where problems are complex.
  • Assess the existing reporting requirements, devise and keep updated performance measurement of activities related to receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to ensure comprehensive data visualization, and analysis capabilities.
  • Investigate and research reported issues; identify root causes and propose effective corrective actions.
  • Retrieve and analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies in warehousing activities, and develop solutions to optimize our systems and processes.
  • Spearhead implementation of new continuous improvements methodologies and activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in maintenance, quality, safety, IT, logistics, and dangerous goods to ensure systems are compliant and optimized and meet the needs of the business.
  • Conduct pre-audits in the workplace and warehouses as required by management.
  • Support internal and external audits as required, assisting in corrective actions as necessary.
  • Assist management in keeping the workplaces orderly and organized.
  • Work with Supply Chain Analytics and ERP system representatives to develop and maintain system documentation and data reports.
  • Develop and deliver packaging standards to prevent errors and damages in transportation.
  • Assure accuracy of Trax Material Master for specific parameters related to material logistics.
  • Support quality compliance to applicable regulations and GMM requirements, such as shelf life control, labeling of parts, hazardous material handling and shipment, cycle and high value counts.
  • Propose the implementation of new technologies to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
  • Champion the adoption of environmentally friendly warehousing solutions and practices.
  • Stay engaged with all Atlas warehouses to disseminate improvements and standards.
  • Develop supply chain tips, standards and procedures, as needed.
  • Provide training as necessary to develop the workforce on the use of warehouse management systems.
  • Complete other assignments as directed by the Director of Stores and Logistics, or the Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations.














Qualifications









  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years Airline Supply Chain Management, Inventory Analysis, Material Planning, and/or Purchasing.
  • Demonstrated experience as a supply chain analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a warehousing or distribution environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge and practice of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations concepts, including inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional certification in supply chain management (such as CSCP or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision to complete tasks in an efficient timeframe with high quality.

Salary Range: $59,000 - $79,500

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
