*Rockland County School Bus Nurse* *- one student, 7 hours a day.*
We have an urgent need for a School Bus Nurse to monitor one of our patients. *The patient is a 16-year-old female who suffers from seizures*. There shift is split- the morning bus is *6:35am to 9:45am*. The afternoon bus ride shift is *12:45pm-5pm*. This position is in Rockland County. If you are interested, this Is an ASAP start paying between $40-$45/hr depending on years of nursing experience and availability.
*Requirements:*
* *ACTIVE: New York LPN OR RN License (Copy)*
* *BLS Card*
* *Physical within 1 year *
* *TB, MMR, QuantiFERON *
* *2 years of Nursing experience*
* *2 Professional References*
*Skilled Requirements:*
Wound Care and Dressing Changes *Personal Care Assistance*
Medication management and administration *Palliative care for chronic conditions*
Tracheostomy and ventilator management *Feeding tube care and support*
Respite care for family caregivers
