Organization: Organization of Stock locations and System maintenance. Work with the Nurse Manager or Department Head to organize the stockroom. This should be reviewed at least quarterly. Communicates Effectively: Carries a walkie-talkie and in-house phone on a daily basis. Recalls: Manages product recalls. Responds to product recalls as required to meet the due date. Receipts: Records receipts appropriately. Gets signatures from departments when delivering special orders. Receiving: Verifies/signs for incoming supplies. All receipts are signed, documented and maintained in department files. Stock: Restocks shelves. In-stock position is maintained at 97%. Warehouse: Maintains an orderly warehouse. Rack in the warehouse is cleared within 48 hours. Other duties and/or projects as assigned. Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
Qualifications High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs. Ability to push, pull, walk or stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
