WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh's Strategic Creative & Communications business unit is expanding their Media & Engagement practice area, and is seeking a Partnership Manager. An effective Partnership Manager will draw together different organizations with complementary and reinforcing strengths, allowing each partner to focus on its central capacities and assets to produce outcomes with greater impact. Our partnership team works with community-based organizations, patient advocacy, healthcare professional organizations and societies, academic institutions, Greek honor societies, professional sports organizations, faith-based organizations, and media companies to help our clients meet their engagement and communications goals.


This position is a hybrid remote (75%) and travel (25%) position. This individual will work on several federal health client projects. Most weeks, individuals are working remotely from Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern, with an occasional shift to cover weekends for on-site work as needed. They must be able to travel, up to two weekends a month, to on-site community events. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, empathetic, flexible, and resourceful. We're looking for great communicators who like to engage with different types of people.


Responsibilities:


* Supports communications projects in the areas of partnerships, including events, toolkit creation, and digital engagement activities.


* Identifies ways to elevate client messaging in a community through events, social media, press conferences, community relations programs, and research activities.


* Possesses strong partnership and outreach skills.


* Develops and maintains strong client and partner relationships.


* Owns projects in support of partnership engagement (e.g., researching potential partners, providing logistics support for partner activities, developing toolkits).


* Coordinates and tracks project timelines and deliverables.


* Manages vendor relationships in support of event logistics (e.g., print materials, booth equipment).


* Supports the preparation of client-facing materials and documentation, including plans, presentations, memos, meeting notes, and reports.


* Shows initiative, asks meaningful questions, and understands the context behind the work.


* Prepares drafts and assists with the development of client-facing materials, including marketing plans, reports, and event plans.


* Corresponds with clients, maintains project schedules, and coordinates with other team members.




Requirements:


* Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience and interest in public education campaigns such as in the areas of health, climate change/disaster recovery, and transportation.


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, communication, business, or related disciplines.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with emotional intelligence


* Working knowledge of partnership engagement and implementation.


* Interest in making an impact, especially among underserved populations.


* Ability to work independently and within a team.


* Administrative strengths, like organization, planning, and coordination.


* Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to our federal contract requirements.


* Bilingual (Spanish and English) candidates strongly preferred.


* Agency experience is preferred.

Salary: $75,000-$85,000


Location: Hybrid (remote ~75%, travel ~25%). United States Residents only.
