Responsible for posting cash and performing tasks requiring quick resolution of issues; includes providing account reconciliation and performing payment research.Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for posting cash receipts to open accounts receivable
• Identifies payment discrepancies and initiates dispute resolution process and performs follow up procedures as needed
• Performs in-depth customer payment analysis to properly record actions required to resolve disputed items
• Maintains frequent contact with internal customers in order to address all payment issues

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with coursework in accounting
• Two years relevant work experience, including experience processing invoices and checks and making and preparing bank deposits.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and accounting software.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
