We are currently seeking a full-time Material Handler/Stacker to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This role works 10 hour shifts 4 days a week. Hours: 4:40pm-3:10am Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for moving materials throughout the plant and staging production areas. Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and system transactions. Responsible maintain the stacking areas and stacking for up to 4 to 5 lines. Responsible for the operation of equipment within company established rates. Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of equipment and areas. Palletize and stack products to multiple required configurations Open boxes and containers as needed using proper techniques and utensils. Maintain quality control per company guidelines. Perform all job duties in accordance with the company's safety guidelines. Dispose of trash and clean work area thoroughly. Complete all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors. Participation on factory teams. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior certification for driving forklift, electric pallet jack, and hand jack. Must be a team player, willing to help in all areas. Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and standard Microsoft Office Software Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast pace environment Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members. Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold) Ability to work safely and multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various times, basic math, and reading skills 294994 It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
