The Position:

The Parts Clerk supports manufacturing operations Monday- Friday, 8:30a- 5p by receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within the Burford Warehouse.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist shipping and receiving, and help unload trucks
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence
• Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method
• Assist in physical inventory count
• Weigh and count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance
• Drive trucks to pick up incoming stock or to deliver parts
• Work in accordance with safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year related experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have ability to read and write
• Knowledge and ability to utilize computers and related technology effectively
• Desired Skills:
• Shipping experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Forklift experience
