Position Overview: As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse facilities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of products through the supply chain, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing best practices in warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations within the food industry, demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize workflow and minimize operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse activities with other business functions, such as production, procurement, and logistics.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation processes.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous process enhancements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse management, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the food industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technology.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
