Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Business Process Manager reporting to the Director of RSC Support. This person will be responsible for providing a complex analysis of information and data, leveraging business intelligence tools to drive understanding and improvements in critical indicators for Service Center (RSC) Operations.

What you'll do:

The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience working in a similar supply chain, logistics, transportation, inventory, or demand planning role. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based companies is a plus.

What you'll bring:

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understand and analyze large data sets, leading to actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Develop insightful reports/dashboards/metrics for RSC operations using Tableau.
  • Perform complex analysis of information, problems, and data under minimal supervision to drive intelligent business decisions.
  • Understand Atkore data warehousing related to RSC systems and optimize existing analytics. Provide mentorship to analytics resources in RSC operations.
  • Optimize RSC configuration for safety, quality, and productivity by closely working with the operations team on the plant floor.

Qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience working in data analytics in a similar supply chain, logistics, transportation, inventory, or demand planning role
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and advanced experience in Business Intelligence Technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SQL, and Tableau.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and critical thinking towards solving complex problems. Able to identify trends and focus on root cause analysis to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, have strong time management skills, and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Within 3 months, you'll:

  • Complete your Atkore immersion program.
  • Improve and develop business tools to compute metrics involving moderately complex issues and disseminate results to stakeholders.
  • Begin to identify trends and areas of opportunity for improvement within key metrics frame action plans to address failures.

Within 6 months, you'll:

  • Evaluate the efficiency of operations and transportation procedures according to organizational objectives.
  • Develop and deliver reporting tools that'll assist leadership with understanding performance across multiple sites within the network.
  • Deploy executive dashboards to provide insight and guidance on organizational objectives and strategic deployment plans.
  • Adjust RSC configuration for inventory/process optimization.

Within 12 months, you'll:

  • Influenced impactful decisions in the RSC organization while guiding continuous improvement.
  • Drive understanding and growth within the Regional Service Center network by automating and providing on-demand reporting for key performance indicators.
  • Be a functional expert in RSC system configuration.
