Schedule:Wednesday - Saturday, day shift

Rate:starting at $38+ per hour (negotiable based on experience)

What does this job look like daily?

  • Assign and direct the daily tasks of service technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.

  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to technicians, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • \t
  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure necessary parts are available for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • \t
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and failures, determining the best course of action for repairs.
  • \t
  • Oversee and participate in the repair, reconditioning, and maintenance of diesel engines and components.
  • \t
  • Prepare detailed service reports, documenting work performed and parts used.
  • \t
  • Plan and control the cost of repair jobs, ensuring budgetary alignment.
  • \t
  • Maintain company equipment, keeping it in good, clean, and orderly condition.
  • \t
  • Uphold all applicable safety policies and company standards, promoting a culture of safety first.
