Manages the Project Delivery team, develops & implements the governance, tools, and processes for project/program management as it pertains to Enterprise PMO initiatives; facilitates relationship between project managers, sponsors, and external agencies















Responsibilities









    Build, manage, and lead a team of high performing Project Managers that will effectively manage the delivery of enterprise and strategic initiatives, while being very hands-on
  • Recruitment of external PMs with specific skillsets needed to effectively deliver projects.
  • Provide PM staffing reports to Enterprise Portfolio Strategy Team for forecasting future project capacity
  • Primary point of contact for communication to EPMO customers and resources.
  • Oversee and directs assignment of Project Coordinators
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new EPMO staff
  • Responsible for the central, coordinated management of a broad range of moderate to complex projects and strategic initiatives across the company, ensuring successful completion
  • Implement, and ensure consistent application of established project management methodologies, procedures, and standards
  • Maintain oversight of the entire suite of EPMO projects
  • Identify and manage risks that span across multiple projects
  • Ensure on-time/on-budget delivery of projects and that staff are managed in an effective and efficient manner














Qualifications









Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five (5) years demonstrated success in managing projects and people
  • Proven leadership ability at the team level with advanced interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of projects
  • Experience developing and implementing standard project management methods and tools
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and guide others toward goal accomplishments
  • Ability to make sound, well-informed, and objective decisions
  • Ability to evaluate principles, methods, and tools to organize work, set priorities, and determine resource requirements
  • Ability to influence and negotiate decision making via collaboration and building relationships across the organization
  • Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs

Preferred:

  • PMP Certification, Prosci ADKAR Certification
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment and in clinic operations
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with Project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of business financials and operating metrics
  • Familiarity of Change Management methodologies

The annual base salary range for this position is from $126,900.80 to $200,574.40 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
