Job Description









The Cleanline Operator is responsible for efficiently processing parts through the line in preparation for lay-up and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate would also be open to learning other support roles at the plant.

1st or 2nd Shift available.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processing PAA, FPL Etch and titanium skins and details through the clean line
  • Agitate and adjusting fluid levels of tanks
  • Keeping the process line and lab areas clean
  • Assisting lab personnel in keeping the waste treatments area clean
  • Cleans surface of parts and materials to ensure uniform adhesion
  • Load and operate drying/curing oven per specification
  • Assist in bond priming applications when needed
  • Apply different types of bond prime depending on specifications of the part
  • Rack parts for chemical processing
  • Rack & identify bond prime surface
  • Wrap, bag, and tag parts for in-house production
  • Operate overhead crane in chemical processing area
  • Actively support and participate in continuous improvement activities, team meetings, and holding him/herself accountable for sustaining improvements.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Communication, verbal and written (English)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Hand tool proficiency (drills, 90 degree grinders, routers, manual rivet squeeze, knives, etc.)
  • Organizes, plans, prioritizes, and completes work on time
  • Read & interpret technical documents (drawings, specs, M&P, etc)
  • Paperwork precision and accuracy
  • Visual verification of water break surface
  • Part traceability
  • Highly responsible with great attendance

Experience and Education:

  • Education and Training

o High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Technical Requirements

o Basic mechanical aptitude

o Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
