Our next Full-time Driver will be responsible for deliveries to licensed marijuana sellers as well as logging inventory, loading and unloading orders, and more. This position will require traveling within the state of PA by company-provided car. To Be BluntYou will be challenged to work tactically to maintaining accurate inventory, transport and distribution records.One minute you will assist with loading and unloading daily orders.The next minute you will be mapping out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.And the next minute input clearly and accurately manifest documentation POS system.Regardless of the task, it's critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you'll work within a diverse team in the organization. Where you'll be plantedThis position will be on-site at our Waterfall, PA facility.

To be blunt, this Driver role will be about:
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
- Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading daily orders.
- Input clearly and accurately manifest documentation POS system.
- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
- Assist cultivation, post-harvest and processing when not on scheduled routes.
- Maintaining accurate inventory, transport and distribution records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
- Understand and follow all rules and regulations set forth by the state of PA for delivery of medical cannabis.
- Understand and follow all policies and procedures as set forth in company's Standard Operating Procedures

- Proven experience as a Driver
- Valid Driver license
- Clean driving record

- Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
- Availability to occasionally take weekend
- Polite and professional disposition
- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all company regulations.
