TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced building launch leader to scale the to-day logistics operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, including new market expansions, product releases, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with product development, operations, logistics, and marketing teams to align launch strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed launch plans, including project milestones, resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency plans to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, such as inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to support launch objectives.
- Work closely with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services according to launch timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor launch progress, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze post-launch performance, gather feedback from customers, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies throughout the launch process.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, product launches, or supply chain operations within the technology, entertainment, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience with project management tools, ERP systems, and data analytics platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and industry best practices.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $132000 - $266400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
