Job Summary:
The Delivery Manager serves as a servant leader, organizing, collaborating, and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure team success. They utilize agile and lean principles to drive project progress, removing impediments and optimizing team performance. While they have no direct reports, they are granted authority by the team to facilitate progress. They influence delivery strategy and collaborate with other teams to ensure dependencies are addressed. They also mentor junior team members and drive ongoing learning and improvement.
What you will do:
Collaborate with teams to facilitate agile product development processes
Provide project status visibility to senior management and other teams
Organize cross-team projects and remove impediments to progress
Monitor and engage in issue resolution and risk identification
Mentor junior members of the Delivery Management team
Influence stakeholders and partner with product development teams to drive incremental improvements
Lead the team to consistently deliver features on schedule
Drive ongoing learning and improvement within the team
Lead the execution and delivery of features
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience working with agile product teams to deliver features
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master (CSM) certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or other project management certification
Experience delivering product features
Skilled in servant leadership
Strong communication and facilitation abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Adaptability to fast-paced environments
Proficient in risk identification
Commitment to continuous improvement
Experienced in conflict resolution and team management
Encourages self-management in others
Values transparency

Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
How You'll Be Rewarded
Salary range in the US: $79,000.00 - $134,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
