Hybrid Role - Office days Monday, Wednesday Thursday

Position Summary:

The logistics role is crucial in ensuring excellent service and our commercial this role you will lead the support of the activities from 'customer order' to 'proof of delivery', including:

• Process goods receiving for all inbound containers in a timely manner (predefined)
• Responsible for all transportation activities including but not limited to - Freight, Customs clearance, Drayage, RFQs (Request for quotes) as needed.
• Engage in cost reduction activities, savings initiatives and more.
• Support operations efforts and cross department efforts.
• Process documentation

Education & experience:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply chain.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operational setting, and or Logistical related activities.
• Experience with SAP Business One - Preferred.
• Hebrew speaking - Preferred.

Personal skills and characteristics:

• Excellent- communicator and interpersonal skills.
• Data detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, especially in excel required.
• Problem solver with a drive for performance.
• Pro-active, result oriented and operating independently.
• Structured with good overview, strong in time management & ability to prioritize.
• Must be highly organized.
• Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
• Thinking out of the box

The approximate pay range for this position is $55,000- $65,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
