Pay: $20/hour

The schedule for this position is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime as required. Flexibility is crucial, as there may be instances where weekend shifts or extended hours are necessary.

As a Windows Shipping Clerk, your responsibilities will include performing window duties such as checking drivers in and out, reviewing and releasing orders based on start ship dates, managing respective accounts, and ensuring timely handling of all orders. You'll also support team members during workload increases, process returns when applicable, maintain and respond to client email correspondence promptly, schedule and coordinate delivery and pick-up appointments, maintain billing backup support files, and facilitate effective communication and productivity with the Warehouse. Additionally, you'll be expected to perform any other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of 3PL experience.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or longer hours as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
