- Licensed in Indiana (LCSW); current CPR certification
- Provide and coordinate behavioral health care for patients
- Ability to design and implement clinical pathways and protocols
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, family therapy, or counseling
- Good knowledge of psychopathology and psychopharmacology
- Work Monday through Friday for this employed position
