Title: Social Worker MSW - Home Health

Location: Maury Regional Center in Columbia, TN

Position Shift: Part Time

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing direct and indirect Social Work services to homebound patients and their families to assist in meeting the psychosocial needs of the patients. Promotes good public relations within the Home Health department, Maury Regional Hospital and the community while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Credentials / Education:

* Driver's license with reliable transportation and liability insurance in TN Required

* Masters in Social work Required

* 1 Year Related Experience Preferred

* High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
