CCSN Behavioral Health is excited to announce that we are seeking full-time & per diem Licensed Therapists (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT or LPC) to support our clinics based in Glastonbury and Farmington, CT.

CCSN is a multidisciplinary behavioral health clinic, supporting individuals with Autism and complex neurodevelopmental disorders across the lifespan.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual, group, and family treatment services to children, adolescents and young adults who are presenting with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism.
  • Excellent clinical skills: extensive knowledge of mental health conditions & best practices for psychological treatment
  • Proficiency with evidence-based treatments
  • Therapeutic experience working with complex children and families
  • Maintaining detailed confidential records
  • Intervening with emergency care techniques and protocols when patients are in crisis
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on developing, implementing, and revising the therapy plan of care based on initial and ongoing assessments

Opportunities for full-time OR fee-for-service position and flexibility with after-school, evening and weekend hours available. Administrative support, weekly supervision, and opportunities for collaboration weekly within clinical team meetings are additional benefits to the position. This position offers opportunities to create a flexible schedule and has the potential to expand to full-time based on referrals and interest.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • One of the following licensures: Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Work, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist or Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Preferred: 1+ years in clinical practice with experience with children & families with complex needs
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans
  • Experience in delivering, designing, and implementing evidence-based treatment to individuals with ASD
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Computer skills to operate record keeping, scheduling, email & word processing software
  • Experience in leading evidence-based social skills groups
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with privacy, health and safety laws
  • Computer skills to operate record keeping, scheduling, email & word processing software
  • Experience working with commercial and public payors and billing best-practices
  • Desire to work as part of a larger team interdisciplinary team of psychologists, LCSW’s, LMFT’s, occupational therapists, BCBAs & speech pathologists

This position also includes:

  • Weekly participation in clinical teams and group supervision
  • Participation in center-based professional development
  • Opportunities for growth and development of clinical skills
  • Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians throughout the organization.

The successful candidate will develop a schedule that aligns with the clinic’s patient needs and the candidate’s personal availability. CCSN is open M-F from 8:00 – 6:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00 – 2:30pm.
