Our client located in Nashville, TN is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the Tech industry!

The E-commerce Manager is a dire hire opportunity, with a hybrid schedule.
  • Develop and execute activity to drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets across a number of digital channels to market.
  • Manage and optimize the ecommerce platform to enhance user experience, conversion rates, traffic growth, and retention that supports overall performance.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement across marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with centralised cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and IT to ensure alignment and support for local ecommerce initiatives.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the ecommerce platform, increase brand visibility and sales conversion across multiple on-site and off-site communications channels (social, email, etc).
  • Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and product merchandising to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to optimize ecommerce operations.
  • Expand into new direct to consumer sales channels such as social selling, other marketplace channels etc
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to ecommerce operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management with a track record of delivering sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and customer management (DCP and CX tools).
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for ecommerce websites and customer experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the retail or consumer industries a plus
