Environmental Sustainability: Support initiatives to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability within the organization.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, operations, and facilities, to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
Audits and Inspections: Assist with internal and external audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus.
Previous experience in EHS administration or related role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental health and safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with EHS management software preferred.
