This position is an essential part of Sherwin's manufacturing team. This position is accountable for directing the maintenance operations at the facility to achieve maximum production potential at the lowest cost while preserving asset value. They are responsible for managing the site's Reliability Excellence Program, maintenance service and repairs for the entire facility including support equipment and all manufacturing, filling, processing, and transfer equipment as well as managing maintenance employees and fostering a team environment through effective and appropriate communication.

Direct maintenance operations to ensure prompt and accurate response to equipment and facility maintenance needs
Manage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action
Maintain documentation as required
Promote safety through active participation and support of company safety policies and programs
Implement operational policies and procedures
Review and analyze production, quality, maintenance, and operations eAM (Enterprise Asset Management) data reports to determine causes of production problems
Manage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action
Conduct regular communication meetings with workforce to enhance BMS (Business Management System) and Operational Excellence
Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects
Develop and implement capital projects and maintain annual maintenance operating budget
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
Must have a bachelor's degree or higher or have at least four (4) years of Maintenance work experience
Must have at least one (1) year of maintenance experience applying electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
Have an associate's degree or higher in Maintenance, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science
Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
Have an industrial, electrical, and/or welding certification or license
Have completed formal training in and/or have at least one (1) year of work experience applying continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, Transactional Lean, etc.
Have prior experience managing engineering/maintenance projects in an industrial environment
Have at least three (3) years of working as a mechanic in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
Have prior work experience using timekeeping and/or maintenance management systems
