JOB OVERVIEW:
• We are seeking a skilled and experienced PMO (Project Management Office) professional to join our team.
• The PMO Supervisor is responsible for the successful management and execution of software implementation projects.
• As PMO Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and leading our project coordinators.
• This team is responsible for a wide range of deployment activities for a variety of projects for national clients.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet the required quality standards for success.
• Using Clients First implementation methodology, the PMO supervisor will support PM to manage resource assignment and planning, scope, timeline, and reporting, documenting, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all project stakeholders.
• PMO Supervisor are often the first point of contact for questions about a project and are responsible for external communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project adherence to scope, timeline, and proactively acting on any anticipated changes, issues, risks, or delays. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills and strong attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, and successful completion of projects, acting as the primary point of contact for the client while managing client expectations and satisfaction.
• Provide project management and oversight to client implementations including the development of project plans and schedules, task management, resource planning, and communication of status to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, consultants, and clients, focusing on adherence to scope, timeline, and budgets, ensuring project deliverables, deadlines, and client expectations are met.
• Oversee and manage the documentation of business requirements, functional requirements/specifications, interface requirements, data conversion requirements, implementation requirements, use cases, scope changes, and design documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide timely status updates to management and relevant stakeholders on the project status, including a budget, task completion, timeline, potential risks, and scope.
• Exercise risk and issue management by identifying potential constraints based on activities and timeframes and lead an effort to identify appropriate solutions to mitigate the impact on the project.
• Proactively notify management of any issues, risks, or concerns.
• Participate in the development and continual improvement of departmental standards, methodologies, procedures, and tools.
• Assigns/delegates work assignments to project team members; motivate project staff and focuses on quality, time, and scope.
• Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.
• Review and approve billable time and expenses related to managed projects.
• Manage a team including internal and 3rd party external organizations.
• Assist where applicable in pre-sales engagements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in Project Management, with demonstrated ability to effectively direct, coordinate, and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables through all phases of a project life cycle.
• Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and managing client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, presentation, and planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software or systems engineering, accounting, business, or other technology-related field preferred.
• Experience with SaaS, SAP ERP, or similar software preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage the workload of multiple projects and tasks and work under time constraints.
• Ability to lead and motivate functional and technical teams.
• Experience managing, supporting, developing, and/or analyzing applications.
• Knowledge of project management best practices and experience in project management methodologies and application development and deployment.
• Commitment to improving internal practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player. Strong team building and mentoring skills.
• Highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Proven ability to solve problems.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification a plus.• Must commute to Ridgefield Park, New Jersey
