Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a potential opportunity to support our government customer.
The program manager or designated representative shall be responsible for all contractor personnel and shall ensure that program SLAs and other requirements are met, including:
- Implement and coordinate project management policies, practices, and procedures.
- Lead comprehensive Program Management support to provide the necessary framework, process optimization, coordination, and governance to ensure the success of this effort.
- Track and report designated metrics for the office and subordinate divisions.
- Monitor, review, and assist with project plan development within the office and subordinate divisions.
- Defining and managing service levels to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) against Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) standardization.
- Implement process improvement and automation to drive higher quality and consistency.
- Ensure alignment of activities with program goals and objectives, promoting operational efficiencies, avoiding schedule and resource collisions, and providing client management visibility into ongoing efforts and resource usage.
- Provide a central point of communication and issue management for critical production issues, planned and unplanned outages, and transition issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a management or technology field
- 15+ years of experience in computer science/ technology or related field,
- 10+ years' experience managing IT Programs,
- Experience managing large, mission-critical IT services programs $100M+ in total contract value with 100+ FTEs, which includes global (OCONUS) support (size is somewhat flexible)
- Experience with Agile projects.
- PMP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience writing briefings and presentations.
Preferred:
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Master's degree
- Experience managing IT services including SharePoint, enterprise asset inventory, work order, and warehouse management systems (Maximo); real-time monitoring of security data, video, and systems for global situational awareness; enterprise architecture; network management; systems administration; database administration; configuration management; Tier I-III 24x7x365 service desk; and security and risk mitigation engineering.
- Experience managing sensitive and classified information.
