*Brighton | £25-30k DOE + Bonus*

The purpose of this role is to support the recruiters, partners and project managers with effective and timely assignment delivery.
As a Researcher, you will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of each unique assignment brief, and then approaching the market to map out competitors, gain niche business intelligence, and eventually craft initial approaches to suitable profiles.
*Responsibilities*
* Spearhead initial research into target organisations and industry sectors
* Identify and approach suitable candidates for executive-level roles, qualifying them against project-specific competencies and criteria
* Maintain transparent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment cycle
* Prepare detailed reports and compelling presentations
* Capture and update accurate market, client and candidate information on the company’s knowledge systems
* Perform proactive industry mapping and market research
* Draft effective advertisements and diligently screen advert responses
* Build industry relationships to develop a network for gaining candidate referrals
* Contribute towards process improvement initiatives, career development and training schemes
*Requirements*
* Degree level education at 2:1 or above
* An added advantage if fluent in a foreign language (Japanese and German particularly welcome!)
* Passion for complex, business-related topics
* Superb verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to adapt to new processes and handle change or ambiguity effectively
* Possesses acute attention to detail
