As a Marine Sales Representative you will be responsible for introducing new and used product to buyers and grow the sales footprint of our current and future products in the market.

Proudly Representing: Bennington Pontoons, Cobalt, Chris Craft, Centurion and Supreme Tow Boats, Yamaha Jet Boats & Waverunners & lots of used boats.

What You’ll Bring – The ideal candidate will have the following necessary qualities:

Must have a valid driver’s license

What You’ll Do

Identify and self-cultivate opportunities to increase awareness and interest in the River Valley brands (both the dealership and the manufacturer brands it represents)
Prompt follow-up and communication with prospective customers or leads generated
Achieves or exceeds sales unit and revenue goals as presented by management
Continuously become a product expert for all makes and models, understanding the differences and similarities
Actively participates in boat shows, store and off-site sales, customer events, and other seasonal duties as needed
Utilizes sales tools, including CRM, for daily follow up and prospecting for new customers, as well as communication on a regular basis with existing sold customers
Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale
Partners with Business Manager for presentation of finance products, preparation of closing documents and setting up deliveries
Effectively follows successful sales processes, including timely completion of paperwork, to ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience

Schedule: The minimum schedule to perform in office is Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (When a Saturday is worked, a day off during the during the week is given).

Compensation:

Average Earnings as a boat sales professional range from $100,000 to $150,000+, River Valley Lake Minnetonka is an above average opportunity. Our ranges start at $150,000+ to $500,000+ Annually. We offer a generous Base Salary Draw & generous monthly commission program. During onboarding & training period we offer a min. Guarantee of $5000 per month.
