Position Summary:
The SEC (Sig Experience Center) Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing direct assistance and sales support to customers, students, and SIG SAUER employees regarding general Academy/SEC information, product inquiries, order status, account inquiries, and customer conflict resolution. The SEC Retail Sales Associate also collaborates and aids the SEC management, SEC retail & range staff, and Academy staff to provide the support that will align with corporate marketing and sales initiatives to ultimately result in the successful operation of the SEC (Sig Experience Center).

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
*Act as a direct salesperson for all SEC customers focused on providing a positive attitude and professional, polite, knowledgeable experience.
*Maintain correspondence with customers regarding sales matters.
*Provide technical assistance and issue resolution on SIG SAUER firearms and products while creating a win/win scenario for both the customer and SIG SAUER.
*Maintain a clean, professional appearance and atmosphere.
*Upsell and promote merchandise, accessories, Academy training, and services.
*Abide by all ATF regulations/compliance policies and procedures.
*Opening and closing duties of the SEC.
*Keep direct and open communication between management and the SEC range staff.
*All other duties assigned by the SEC Store and Assistant/Inventory manager.

Education and/or Experience:
*High School diploma or equivalent is required.
*Proficiency in MS Office applications.
*1+ years of previous sales and merchandising experience within a firearms retail environment.
*Organization and extreme attention to detail.
*In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
*Proficiency in firearms knowledge and handling.
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
*Strong communication.
*Comfortable with handling, assembling, and shooting a wide assortment of firearms.
*Ability to adapt to change.
*Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.
*Capable of presenting a positive, professional image of the company to a wide variety of contacts.
*Able to work both in a team environment and independently, taking direction and guidance from multiple staff members and supervisors.

Working Conditions:
*Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
*Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
