Summary

The Manager of Digital Properties & eCommerce will support the strategy for a best in class digital

customer experience. This role is responsible for managing our websites, eCommerce, and apps. The role requires a high level of collaboration across all functions - in particular IT, UX design, Marketing, Sales, and external agencies & vendors to efficiently manage Benjamin Moore's digital properties.

    Define the strategic direction of our various digital platforms, identifying new opportunities, and working in close contact with key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Thoroughly understand and represent the customer's buying journey, while ensuring alignment to the company's objectives.
  • Guide our digital evolution, defining and managing key initiatives by understanding business needs and translating them clearly into business requirements.
  • Identify areas of growth for Benjamin Moore in the digital landscape, keeping abreast of latest technological advances in the digital marketplace.
  • Integrate and leverage segmentation and personalization strategies through our CDP.
  • Lead eCommerce campaign execution with a performance marketing mindset including A|B testing, reporting, and conversion optimization.
  • Develop digital plans and campaigns to drive growth for the company and engagement with all audiences.
  • Oversee third-party commerce programs for our portfolio brands via Amazon, affiliates, partnerships, and other models for growth.
  • Support our international teams in their expansion efforts in the digital space.
  • Leverage data for measuring performance, leveraging research, competitive analyses, and other tools to guide decision making.
  • Establish KPI's and develop regular reporting analyses to measure site trends, revenue, content performance, inventory and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage team of direct reports to deliver results and provide support to further their professional growth.















Qualifications









Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with significant experience in the digital space
  • A proven leader with extensive strategic and marketing knowledge
  • Strong understanding of financial KPI's and digital analytics, including tools to track and optimize performance
  • Comfortable working with web development tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to manage and lead a team
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, with excellent project and time management skills
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify or SAP Commerce preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in speaking with key business stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
