Essential Functions

Ability to communicate with teams and customers effectively to provide quality service.

Works directly with customers on the phone or email to resolve technical issues with commercial and retail products and services.

Can navigate various situations, refine technical or specialized terminology into basic terms.

Knowledge of the commercial and retail products and services offered by Itasca Bank & Trust Co.

Completes onboarding documentation and ongoing servicing and maintenance of the commercial customer products and services.

Support the Treasury Management Officer.

Understanding of the payment system; ach origination.

Focuses on developing strong referral & deposit growth.

Support for commercial and retail customers who have experienced fraud on their account.

Become a product expert for Treasury Management products and services with the ability be a resource for internal bank business lines and external commercial customers.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Travel

None required.

Required Education and Experience

5 years of relationship banker experience

High School education or GED

Strong regulatory banking knowledge

Strong banking technology experience

Strong experience with onboarding online commercial banking services

Strong leader

Strong sales experience

Problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Models positive and supportive behavior

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekends.

Effective written and verbal communication
