Pay rate: $19-$21.


The Funding Coordinator will collect payments for all projects, manage customer escalations, and collaborate with dealers, internal departments, and finance companies. They will be responsible for processing and collecting post-install payments for all solar projects. Funding Coordinators contribute to customer service and department targets.


Job Duties:

  • Work with Finance Companies to submit documents and verify customer and system specifications
  • Check finance portals and CRM for accuracy
  • Remain up to date on project stages and statuses
  • Follow up on aging projects and maintain secure financing
  • Provide updates to Operations, Sales, and customer records
  • Dispatch service calls and escalate project needs
  • Communicate important project information between finance partners, sales, and operations
  • Ensure processing targets are met and report any deviations
  • Provide support to Sales Support and Dealer Partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Proven work experience as an administrator or Sales support agent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
