Pay rate: $19-$21.
The Funding Coordinator will collect payments for all projects, manage customer escalations, and collaborate with dealers, internal departments, and finance companies. They will be responsible for processing and collecting post-install payments for all solar projects. Funding Coordinators contribute to customer service and department targets.
Job Duties:
- Work with Finance Companies to submit documents and verify customer and system specifications
- Check finance portals and CRM for accuracy
- Remain up to date on project stages and statuses
- Follow up on aging projects and maintain secure financing
- Provide updates to Operations, Sales, and customer records
- Dispatch service calls and escalate project needs
- Communicate important project information between finance partners, sales, and operations
- Ensure processing targets are met and report any deviations
- Provide support to Sales Support and Dealer Partners
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proven work experience as an administrator or Sales support agent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
