*** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in office.

Job Description:
We are looking for a post-production editorial manager who has worked closely with Creative Directors, Video Editors, Audio Engineers, Video Colorists and Motion Designers to create memorable and impactful moments. From sizzle reels to product explainer videos, employee campaigns and internal events, we work with our internal business partners to tell great stories that bring the brand to life in new ways that engage and drive an authentic conversation. It's purposeful, impactful, and always elevates the brand.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our post-production editorial team. You will also help develop our editors for professional growth. You will work directly with T Studios creative leads, and the creative, digital and production groups to build industry leading Marketing communications. You will leverage your masterful editorial background to improve storytelling and strengthen the overall brand message to provide a quality end-product.

Qualifications:
  • You're a storyteller at your core.
  • You excel at managing people, editorial processes, and workflows.
  • You understand what it takes to edit a wide range of content including sizzle reels, product videos, long and short form narrative, intros, outros, trailers, TV spots and videos for social channels.
  • You've worked with and developed content for major Brands either in-house or agency/post-production side.
  • You can jump in and help edit as needed.
  • You understand the importance of the editorial process. From working with an assistant editor, ensuring all content is approved for use and ready to edit, the creative ideation process and how that interacts with the editorial process, assisting editors with their daily tasks, the importance of ensuring only approved content leaves the studio, to overseeing the wrapping process once a project is complete.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Tight timelines don't stress you out, in fact you thrive on them.
  • You are a great teammate with a positive attitude who is collaborative and welcomes feedback.
  • You can filter ideas through a T-Mobile lens and Brand values.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Digital Media, or Video Production. Or equivalent of at least 10 years of experience/education in video production industry.
  • You have experience in Premiere and have working knowledge of all Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office products.

Washington Pay Range : $118,500.00 - $160,400.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
