The hourly range for this role, based in Texas is $22.00 to $30.25 range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries Hourly Rates are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator reports to the Warehouse Manager and supports TX Whiskey Ranch Operations by ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and stocked. This role is responsible for inventory audits, receiving orders, and warehouse flow.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Fulfill sales orders and create new pallets in the ERP System
  • Strong forklift/industrial truck operation skills
  • Loading and unloading barrels from warehouse and truck
  • Manage Raw Materials and Finished Goods by conducting weekly and quarterly audits, inventory counts, and reviews
  • Assess the physical condition of pallets
  • Reviewing sales orders for shipping accuracy
  • Handling full and empty barrels as needed
  • Reviewing Bill of Lading for incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments
  • Understanding warehouse flow by following FIFO guidelines
  • Understanding warehouse layout for appropriate product and material storage
  • Ensure proper material stock levels based on production schedules
  • Communication - always keeps everyone in the loop
  • Pulls orders for internal customers and retail store
  • Receiving all deliveries from 3rd party carriers and delivering to the appropriate department
  • Assist grounds crew as needed
  • Wear all safety equipment, like eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes, bump caps, etc., as required
  • Good communication skills - with team and management, and also with truck drivers - customers
  • Perform other duties and roles as assigned

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience / Background

  • 2 plus years of experience in warehousing required
  • Trained in forklift operation, or willingness and ability to learn
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Suite and ERM Systems preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organization skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a general production area and office environment with regular demands for moving, lifting/carrying/lowering up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, climbing, and pushing.
