Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP CX Solution Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.
Role:SAP CX Solution Architect
Location:Wall Township, NJ - travel required
Duration:Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Role & Responsibilities:
This role demands a strategic thinker who can connect technology solutions with business needs in the Retail, Customer Services, and Utilities domains to drive significant impact
Drive the key activities of SAP Service cloud implementations; integrating to backend ISU (S/4HANA) system
Present key workshops as defined by the methodology to help gather business requirements and translating requirements to design specifications of the customer solution
Scope, design and configure the system to meet business requirements
Create functional specifications and work with technical consultants on application customization
Work with integration SME on connection between SAP Sales & Service Cloud and back-end S/4HANA environment
Role Qualifications:
14+ years of SAP ISU Utilities experience, specializing in SAP CX Sales and Service Core Extensibility and Integration.
Strong background in System Architecture, System Design, and SAP C/4HANA (Sales, Sales Performance Management, and Service).
