PRODUCT BRAND COORDINATOR

Made by Gather, a B2B portfolio of small kitchen appliance brands, is looking for a Product Brand Coordinator to join the Product Branding team. Reporting to the Product Brand Manager, you are a consumer centric product enthusiast who has knowledge of the small kitchen appliance market.

You are curious about the world of kitchenware and identifying product white space, brand positioning and compelling consumer centric messaging strategies to bring product to market successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze customer selling reports and share findings to Product Brand Manager with insights on product/brand drivers, challenges.
  • Support the Product Brand Manager by analyzing the competitive landscape through store walk throughs, online product review.
  • Assist with gathering information for seasonal strategy meetings through analyzing consumer insights reports and competitive analysis. Share new and relevant product ideas to drive brand innovation.
  • Assist Product Manager with Go-to-Market deliverables tracking against upcoming milestones dates.
  • Manage & upkeep master assortment grids by brand/customer.
  • Pull competitive product information around price & features-benefits in support of category analysis & sales deck building.
  • Coordinate team meeting management and recaps (including scheduling, lead recapping cross functional meeting discussions & agendas)
  • Coordinate product samples - track, maintain, and distribute information to internal and external teams.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and retail partners: Product Development, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Creative
  • Maintain and meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably 1-2 years of experience within the consumer goods industry, preferably small kitchen appliances or other consumer electrics.
  • Passionate about the kitchen electrics space
  • Must have proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint and basic Excel functions.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities a must.
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate opportunities and challenges.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Excellent organization & verbal/written presentation skills.
  • Builds and fosters strong relationships with internal and external teams to optimize growth.
